Summer Workshop for Journalism

Hi, this is my first ever blog, I'm sorry I'm kinda tired these days and haven't post anything. I have nothing important to say, just wanna tell you my story about our summer workshop coz its fun.. haha.. (^-^)

It was Friday morning (May 9, 2008) when I got a text message from Rachelle, my classmate. She said that we are needed in the school around 11 am in school. And I wonder, what are we going to do there.?
Then I called Camille, to confirm everything and she said that It was for the Journalism.

When I got there in school, Rachelle and the rest of the aspiring CAT Officers were just finish with their training. A few minutes, Camille, Jeannine and Junel arrived. (Charles wasn't around because he said, he has a lot of things to do.)

Then, we ask the teachers around particularly Sir Ranie if where is Mr. Harry, he said he was in the 4th floor. We went there and see no shadows of him. But Sir Roger was there to assist us, he said we should be ready for our one on one interview with him. We were shocked to hear it. We are not prepared!! haha..

But then, having a conversation with him was fantastic, he speaks fluently in English, haha..

After that, he said we need to go back for the orientation(I should say).

Monday came and I received a text message once again. We were asked to go there at 1pm for a meeting this time with Sir Harry. Actually, I was late that time I came at around 1:30?? (Can't remember at all.)

He discussed everything and told us the things that we should expect when we join this activity. It was fun hearing those kind of things. I think that it will be hard and stressful but still we can learn something new and enjoy at the same time.

And now we are having weekly meetings to improve an achieve our goal.

To make a revival (once again?? haha.. Just kidding) of our newspaper/magazine of the school and be prepared for the competition that we will be joining..

That's it for now, and I'll keep on informing you about it.. as soon as I get online and finished everything that's assigned for me..
